HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -
As he prepares to enter the NFL Draft, Marcus Mariota said he still hasn't decided if he'll throw at next month's NFL Scouting Combine as he continues to recover from a shoulder injury.
In a media conference Saturday at the Polynesian Cultural Center, Mariota said he suffered the injury in the national championship game against Ohio State.
"Right now we're still making that decision, whether to throw at the Combine. I had to kinda rest about a week-and-a-half," said Mariota, who was honored this weekend as the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame's College Football player of the year. "I sprained my AC joint. But now, I'm able to throw. Feels good."
