HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The two men who put a copying device on an ATM pleaded guilty to Identity Theft Thursday.

Armen Apoyan and Argishti Khachaturyan were extradited from the mainland last year to face charges that they used a 'skimmer' on the cash machine at the Waikiki branch of Central Pacific Bank.

CPB says its security records show the skimmer was in place for 27 minutes and then it was removed.  During that time period, the men got the account information of everyone who used ATM and were able to make counterfeit bank cards.  Tens of thousands of dollars were withdrawn from customer accounts.
