During the first seating, from 4:30pm – 9pm, the New Year's Eve menu is priced at $85. After 9pm, the menu is $110 and includes a champagne toast to ring in the NewYear with 360-degree views of island-wide fireworks. For premium cocktail and wine pairings, add $20.
