Make-A-Wish Hawaii presents 2nd Annual Jingle Rock Run

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Ileina is a 5-year-old from Mililani battling a severe respiratory condition. Her only wish was to become a Disney princess. Thanks to Make-A-Wish Hawaii, her dream has become a reality.

Make-A-Wish Hawaii will be holding their 2nd Annual Jingle Rock Run this Sunday, December 21, to help make other children's wishes come true.

The Jingle Rock Run is a family-friendly 5k run/walk for all ages that begins at 5 p.m. in Kaka'ako and takes participants past the holiday lights of downtown and Honolulu Hale. It IS NOT a competitive race, but will be preceded by a keiki sprint (a half mile out and back route). There will also be live entertainment along the Jingle Rock route (including Infinite Horizons, Kukui Alumni Band, Sounds of Aloha, and Honolulu Blend). The Jingle Rock Run welcomes kids and dogs and holiday costumes are encouraged!
