Chick-fil-A launches mobile app

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

If you love Chick-fil-A, (and live on the mainland), there's good news for fans of their famous chicken.

The fried chicken chain launched its own mobile app where users can now order their meal before even entering the fast food restaurant. The app is free and can be downloaded on iOS and Android Devices.

Once downloaded users are able to make an account with their credit or debit card information. With funds in the account, customers can pay for their order ahead of time as well. Once you make the payment, all that's left to do is pick up your poultry.

Mobile ordering is available at 130 locations nationwide for this pilot program. Participating cities include Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando and Washington D.C.

And although there are nearly 2,000 locations in 41 states, currently Hawaii is void of a Chick-fil-A. The purveyor of fried poultry now joins likes of McDonald's and Taco Bell who have also embraced the idea of mobile ordering.
