#Rokerthon - Al Roker aims for Guinness World Record

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK (HawaiiNewsNow) - Today Show weatherman Al Roker is attempting to set a Guinness Record for the longest uninterrupted weather broadcast, which has been fittingly dubbed the "Rokerthon".  He is also using this opportunity to help raise money for the USO.

Roker is trying to go for 34 hours straight, 1 hour longer than the previous record, which was set by a Norwegian weather anchor.

Dan Cooke had a chance to talk with him to find out how he's holding up, what he's doing to help him get through the grueling broadcast and manages to throw in a little weather forecast as well.
