HONOLULU (AP) - University of Hawaii running back Joey Iosefa has pleaded no contest to drunken driving.

Iosefa's license is revoked for a year and he must pay about $500 in fines and court fees.

He entered the plea Monday in district court. The 23-year-old was arrested last month in Honolulu and was released after posting $500 bail. A breath analysis estimated his blood-alcohol level at 0.15, nearly twice Hawaii's legal limit while operating a vehicle.

The arrest led to a three-game suspension for the 6-foot, 245-pound senior from Pago Pago, American Samoa. He also lost his position as a co-captain.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports Iosefa has been cleared to practice with the team this week and play in Saturday's game at Colorado State.
