All lanes have been reopened on Kamehameha Highway. Crews determined it was a chlorine spill on the roadway.
Kamehameha Highway in Kahaluu is closed in both directions between Honekoa Street and Lulani Street due to a spill.
The Honolulu Fire Department's Hazmat unit is currently on scene assessing the spill, as they try to identify what it is.
