A Mililani high school student says she has a plan that could eliminate traffic, something Hawaii drivers are all too familiar with.
Kelsey Murobayashi from Kosasa Academy High School is one of the top ten finalists for the senior division of the nationwide "X-Prize Big 6 Challenge," where participants create a video on how to make the world a better place.
Kelsey's plan is to eliminate traffic by using what she calls, "the Pod."
In her video she explains that by using computer guided technology, the pods are programmed to go at the same speed on the track, moving like eggs on a conveyor belt.
Kelsey says the pods would eliminate accidents, fuel consumption, parking problems, and even death.
