HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - It's tea time on Sunrise. Grace sits down with the Food and Beverage Manager of Stage Restaurant, Travis Kimura, and the Executive Chef, Ron De Guzman to talk about the new Tea Experience Stage is offering twice a week.
Travis explains the difference between a "high" and a "low" tea. Classic pastries eaten during tea time take a modern twist thanks to the talents of chef Ron. To the surprise of many, Ron also serves up some local style dishes like tako poke in addition to the sweets.
