Coach Shoji wants Rainbow Wahine to be more dominant

UH is 10-3 this season UH is 10-3 this season
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -  The Rainbow Wahine volleyball team has won five straight, but why is Dave Shoji still not satisfied?

No. 24 Hawaii started big west play with back-to-back sweeps of UC-Davis and UC-Riverside and they haven't lost in nearly 3 weeks.

Regardless, coach says there's a ton this team needs to work on.

"Hitting, blocking, serving, all of the above, but we got to get better at all the skills," said Shoji after Tuesday morning's practice.  "We have little break downs in everything. You're not going to play a perfect match, but we want to be more consistent so we're working on all the skills again and kind of tweaking our defense and where we stand and how we respond to certain situations."

Hawaii hosts a two-game home stand beginning on Friday night with Cal State-Fullerton and UC-Irvine.
