HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hawaii Food and Wine Festival gets underway this week and over 80 celebrity chefs will converge on the islands to take part in events beginning tomorrow and running through Sunday.
Howard showcases the Modern Honolulu's take on poke, a local favorite which non-local chefs will be able to put their own spin on at the event. The Hawaii Food and Wine Festival is an opportunity to show off exclusive food products unique to Hawaii.
