HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Tomorrow, August 29th, the Aloha United Way 2014 Campaign kicks off. To tell us more about the event, Sunrise invites this year's Campaign Chair, Stephen A'i, and Vice President of Fundraising and Major Gifts, Pamela Maeda.
Over 1,300 Oahu Companies are taking part and working toward the $9.6 million donation goal. The Aloha United Way gives to after schools programs, the YMCA and countless charities all of which you can personally choose to donate to.
The gathering and celebration of the general start of the campaign begins at Tamarind Park in downtown Honolulu at 6 a.m. To find out more and how you can make a donation visit www.auw.org.
