Cleveland restaurant owner indicted on child rape

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Sean Heineman, 47, has been indicted on 34 sex charges involving a minor, including 18 counts of rape.

A grand jury indicted Heineman on charges he raped a girl who was under 13 at the time, the alleged victim is now 24.

Heineman is now a franchise owner of the Harry Buffalo restaurant on East Fourth Street in Cleveland.

He used to be part of the Cleveland restaurant group which owns Town Hall in Ohio City and the Barley House in the Warehouse District.  

 Sean Heineman has pleaded not guilty. His bond is set at $500,000.
