Firefighters from Lahaina, Napili, Wailuku, and Kihei responded to the blaze which had fully engulfed a single family home. Everyone was out of the home by the time firefighters responded to Kana Place, just before 6 p.m.The fire was under control by 7:30 p.m., and crews started overhaul operations.
There were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
