TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pima County Sheriff's Department say they've arrested a man accused of breaking into a home stealing weapons and credit cards.

Richard Rogers, 33, was taken into custody and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on theft of credit card and forgery.

Officials said the break-ins occurred July 8th and 12th in the 7300 block of North Oldfather Drive.

The suspect was seen using the victim's credit card at a local Circle K.

The department received many tips which lead to Rogers' arrest.
