HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - By Jon Rombaoa
Absentee voters will be able to submit their ballots at two early voting sites that will be open everyday from Monday July 28 until Thursday August 7.
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Honolulu Hale Courtyard will serve as one of the walk-in sites where absentee voters can submit paper or electronic ballots. The second site, Kapolei Hale, will also be open with only electronic ballots available.
"Try to come as early as you can don't wait until the last view days that's when it becomes very busy," Honolulu City Clerk, Bernice Mau said. "We have an exciting primary so we're expecting a bigger crowd."
To make processing faster, Mau is asking voters to remember to bring a picture ID.
