Early voting locations will be open starting Monday, July 28th until Thursday, August 7th from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Voters can cast their ballots at the following locations:
Honolulu Hale Courtyard : 530 South King Street, Honolulu, HI
Kapolei Hale in conference rooms A and B: 1000 Uluohia Street, Kapolei, HI
Voters will have the option between both paper and electronic ballots at Honolulu Hale Courtyard, however, only electronic voting machines will be available at Kapolei Hale.
Voters are also reminded to bring a photo ID when voting absentee ballots.
