HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -  Brian Viloria proved Saturday morning that Hawaiian Punch is like a fine wine-- it only gets better with time.

The 33-year-old Waipahu native defeated Mexico's Jose Zuniga via knockout in the fifth round at the Champions of Gold event in Macau, China.

After both fighters spent the first two rounds feeling each other out, Viloria got busy in rounds three and four with several devastating combinations to the head of the 25-year-old.

Once Zuniga started covering his head, Viloria dealt the killer blow in the fifth inning with a left handed shot to the liver.

Zuniga dropped to the ground and couldn't recover, giving Viloria his second straight victory.

With the win, Viloria's professional record improves to 34-4 with 20 knockouts.

He'll most likely get a title shot by the end of the year.
