ORLANDO, FL (RNN) - Guests at Universal Orlando Resort had to be rescued from the Transformers: The Ride 3D Tuesday morning.
One rider told News 13 Orlando that she was stuck on the ride for an hour.
Fire officials responded to the the theme park at 10:30 a.m. ET. and performed a “technical rescue,” according to News 13 Orlando, meaning the passengers were unable to walk off the ride without aid.
No injuries were reported. Twelve people were taken off the ride.
On July 7, 30 people were stuck about 20 feet off the ground at an angle on the ride called the “Ninja,” at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA. Four people were injured.
