The National Weather Service has canceled a flash flood warning that was in effect for the Big Island of Hawaii.Forecasters said rain gages showed that heavy rains had diminished.Heavy rain and thunderstorms drenched much of the east Big Island starting around mid-day Sunday, with rain coming down at two inches per hour.
