HONOLULU (AP) - The price of housing has increased again on Oahu.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser (http://bit.ly/1qE2Zf1) reports the median sale price of a single-family house increased in June to $700,000.
The Honolulu Board of Realtors says the previous record of $685,000 for the median sale price of single-family houses was set in June 2007.
Condominium prices also reached a new high.
Condominiums in June had a median sale price of $360,000. The previous high set in February was $359,450.
