(NBC) - An increasing number of same sex couples are now legally saying their vows.

Nineteen states now allow same-sex marriage. In 2014 alone, Federal Judges have declared gay marriage bans unconstitutional in 8 states.

Now the Obama administration is expanding the rights of those couples.

Attorney Sarah Warbelow represents the LGBT community says.

"It's actually a huge deal for same sex couples who are living in states that don't recognize their marriages," said Sarah Warbelow, attorney for the LGBT community.
