The driver of a Gray Nissan Altima lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an Ewa Beach home at 2 a.m. Tuesday on Keoneula Boulevard near Fort Weaver Road.

"I was woken by a really loud crash," said homeowner Tom Damrow. "I tried to open the front door but I was unable to open it. I noticed all the pictures had fallen down on that wall so I immediately went to the garage and came back around to discover a car had crashed in the front of my house."

Based on the direction of the tracks left in the grass, the car appears to have driven through a white fence before hitting Damrow's home.

The front entrance of the home has significant structural damage but no one was hurt. The front of the vehicle also has significant damage, but the driver was able to walk out unharmed.

Police say speeding and alcohol may have been factors in the crash.
