Walmart bringing 60+ new jobs to Longview

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - Applications for more than 60 jobs in Longview will be taken Wednesday during an East Texas Workforce job fair.

The positions are with Walmart, for a new Neighborhood Market store planned to open this summer at the corner of Heritage Boulevard and Gilmer Road in Longview.

Interviews for cashiers, sales associates, stockers, food production and more will be conducted on-site from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2430 S. High Street in Longview.

Before arriving, the Texas Workforce Commission asks that applicants register online at www.workintexas.com and then apply online at http://careers.walmart.com/

Work history must be complete and resume updated, said a spokeswoman for the commission.
