HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - At the end of the first round of the Airbus LPGA Classic, Michelle Wie currently sits at one-under par and in 52nd place.
Playing at the RTJ Golf Trail in Mobile, Alabama, Wie ended Thursday's round one with 71 strokes.
Through the 18 holes, Wie shot three bogeys, but also earned four birdies.
Scotland's Catriona Matthew currently leads the pack at eight-under par.
Wie hasn't fallen below the 16th spot in any tournament so far this year.
The Punahou graduate will look to move up the leaderboard tomorrow when round two gets underway.
