(Hawaii News Now) - Since 1970, Hale Kipa has improved the lives of at-risk, high-risk youth and their families throughout the State of Hawaii with a wide-range of comprehensive programs. Services include shelter, foster care, education, vocational training, independent living preparation, therapeutic counseling, juvenile justice advocacy and outreach. Developing one-on-one relationships with youth, Hale Kipa strengthens youths’ competencies, builds their confidence and connects them to their community and its resources. Despite unfortunate circumstances, homeless, abused, neglected and at-risk youth can become successful, self-sufficient adults with Hale Kipa’s support and dedication.
