Police release sketch of suspect in Wahiawa, Salt Lake bank robberies

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating a male who is wanted for robbing the Wahiawa branch of Central Pacific Bank located on California Avenue.

On May 1, 2014, at approximately 10:05 a.m., a male entered the bank, approached the teller, brandished a handgun, and demanded money. The same male may be responsible for the robbery that occurred on May 13, 2014, at the American Savings Bank located in Salt Lake Shopping Center.

Police describe the suspect as a male in his twenties, possibly of African-American descent, standing 5'10" and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He is believed to have brown eyes and was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, brown jacket, brown pants, a black backpack, and a black mask.
