HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - It looks like high-profile quarterback Max Wittek won't be going to Manoa, or anywhere else anytime soon.
The USC signal-caller won't be allowed to transfer to any FBS school because he won't make the May graduation deadline.
If he finished school this month, he would be allowed to go anywhere, but instead, he'll most likely graduate in December, which means he loses a season of eligibility.
Texas was considered the front runner, but the Longhorns pulled his offer earlier this week.
Hawaii was reportedly Wittek's next top choice.
