“While this appears to be a crime of opportunity, it’s still poaching and theft of wildlife from the citizens of Arizona,” said Regional Supervisor Raul Vega of Game and Fish in Tucson, in a recent news release.  “It’s especially cruel, given that the javelina was pregnant.”

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

TODAY'S MOST...Unsettling situation involving bullying: A dad of a 5-year old girl says he had no choice but to file a restraining order against a 6-year old boy.

Brian Metzger says the elementary school in Wisconsin where both children go wouldn't do anything to address the situation. He claims his daughter told him three weeks ago that the boy was bullying her. Metzger says it "started with 'I want to slit your throat and watch it bleed.' To her getting pushed around on the playground, getting rocks thrown at her."

Metzger says after he filed the restraining order, the school agreed to move the boy into a different classroom. He still wants the boy removed from school.

The school district said it did contact the boy's family, and was trying to work out something for both families.

CBS 58 also found that a second family filed a police report against the 6-year old boy.

There will be a hearing about the restraining order on Tuesday, May 20th.
