The Cavs season is still alive despite a 13-3 loss to Georgia Perimeter College Saturday.

Darton will play in the District Championships starting Thursday. With three wins, the team will earn a bid to the nationals in Colorado.

Head coach Scot Hemmings believes it won't be hard to get his team over the GCCA final loss.

"I don't think there is a challenge with this group," Hemmings said. "They know what the task at hand is and they know they are 3 wins away from playing for a national title in Colorado."

Columbus State is ranked No. 12, while Darton is slotted at No. 18 in the country going into the game.
