Monroe's Cedriana Waters signed her letter of intent to play at Albany Tech Friday morning.
Waters helped lead Monroe to the Elite 8 after battle back from a torn meniscus suffered in November.
Now she says she's fully healthy and ready to make an impact in her favorite way on the floor.
"I love to play defense," she says. "They're getting a speedy guard."
"She is tenacious on defense. She can guard anyone from the point to a small forward," Albany Tech head coach Kenneth Williams says. "It's 120 miles per hour every time she steps on the court, and that's what drew me to her."
Waters says she's also happy her family will be able to come watch her play in college.
