Police seek Honolulu robbery suspect

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating a man who is wanted for robbery.

On April 22 at approximately 3 a.m., the victim was walking on Kapiolani Boulevard near McCully Street, when he was approached from behind by an unknown man. The suspect threatened him with a weapon and took the victim's wallet and cell phone.

The victim's credit card was later used to withdraw money from an ATM in the Kaimuki area.

Police provided the following description of the suspect:

Race: Local male
Age: 20s
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 180 lbs.
Hair: Dark
Facial: Moustache and goatee
Clothing: Black hoodie jacket, black shorts, black sunglasses
