Jack Johnson adds Waikiki Shell show, will offer tickets to local residents first

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - North Shore musician Jack Johnson has announced that he will make a hometown stop at the Waikiki Shell during his 2014 World Tour, and he's making tickets available to Hawaii residents before they go on sale to the rest of the public.

The announcement, made on Johnson's Twitter page, says "Jack to play hometown show @ Waikiki Shell in Honolulu on Fri Aug.1 Locals only onsale May 10, General onsale May 11."

Johnson's website says the musician will tour across North America before traveling to Europe and Asia, then finishing with several more stops across the United States and Canada.
