A 29-year-old man is in police custody after he attempted to drive his vehicle into a crowd of people Saturday morning in the downtown Honolulu area.
According to police officials, the incident occurred on South Pauahi Street around 1:34 a.m.
Witnesses identified the suspect as Felix Scanlan, and he was placed under arrest shortly after 2 a.m.
The two victims, a 27-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, sustained non life-threatening injuries.
Felix is facing one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant, and fleeing the scene of a crash.
