HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Following the third round of the Lotte Championship, Michelle Wie summarized called her performance a 'headscratcher.'

The perfect adjective for a round that saw four birdies, but nonetheless, she still remains in second place behind leader Angela Stanford.

The Punahou alum carded a 2-under 70 on Friday to head into the final round four strokes behind Stanford, who turned in a near flawless six birdie-67 and is -13 overall for the tournament.

Wie is tied with Hyo Joo Kim for second at 9-under par.

The final round tees off Saturday morning.

Wie is scheduled to start at 11:25 a.m.
