For a second time this month Kalakaua Avenue will close down at 6 p.m. for the annual "Salute to Youth" parade.
The parade features 1,200 marchers, 15 vehicles, 5 floats and 10 bands. It will start at Ft. DeRussy and end at Kapiolani Park.
Streets will be closing at 6 p.m.
The Hawaii Invitational Music Festival which is labeled, "a Spring Break tradition since 1980" sponsors two parades. The first was held on April 2.
