Fashionistas will head to Atlanta's Buckhead community Wednesday night for a trunk show featuring environmentally-friendly fashion and beauty items created by local designers.
The Spring into Green Eco-Fashion & Accessories Trunk Show is from 5 to 9 p.m. at ADAC, the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center.
"As part of opening to the public, we started hosting all kinds of new events. So tonight is a perfect example," said ADAC general manager Katie Belveal.
Twenty Atlanta-based designers will be on-hand, featuring all-natural beauty products and clothing and accessories made from recycled or repurposed items.
"The really cool thing about it is not only are you shopping for eco-friendly products, but you're also shopping locally, so you're supporting local artisans here in Atlanta," said Belveal.
The trunk show is open to the public at ADAC, located at 351 Peachtree Hills Avenue.
Some of the designers were featured Wednesday morning on Better Mornings Atlanta at 9 a.m.
