Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell joined Grace live from our nation's capital this morning for another edition of "Ask the Mayor." Mayor Caldwell is in Washington D.C. to meet with federal transportation officials about Honolulu's rail project and to give us an update. He also addressed the disagreement between the City Council over the housing homeless initiative, and answered some questions from the local community.
