MONROE TOWNSHIP, MI (Toledo News Now) -

Two Monroe Township men were robbed at gunpoint late Saturday night, according to authorities. The robbery suspects have not yet been arrested.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, a report of a robbery was called into 911 around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies responded in the area of E Willow Way and N Willow Way, in the Willow Green Mobile Home Park.

Preliminary investigations show the two male victims were riding in a car with two other male subjects they recently met.

After driving for a short time, deputies say the suspects stopped in the Willow Green Mobile Home Park. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and struck both victims with it.

Both victims say they were robbed before the suspects fled the scene in a light colored Ford sedan.

The victims had minor injuries. They were treated at a local hospital.
