The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for Oahu until 4 p.m.
At 1 p.m. radar showed heavy rain near Mililani Town, or about 13 miles northwest of Honolulu.
Forecasters say that the area of heavy rain was nearly stationary.
Other locations in the advisory include but are not limited to Whitmore Village, Wahiawa and Schofield Barracks. This advisory may need to be extended beyond 4 p.m. if Heavy Rain persists.
