MEDINA, OH (WOIO) -

Two suspects have been charged in a shooting at the Medina Dairy Queen.

Terry M. Yuschak, 48, is charged with felonious assault and Mason Braun, 18, is charged with tampering with evidence.

Both men appeared in court on Friday morning. Yuschak was ordered to be held on a $1M bond due to his violent criminal past. 19 Action News has learned Yuschak has 34 prior cases, including 9 DUIs.

Braun has no adult record, and is being held on $100K.

A Brunswick man was shot in the arm just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Dairy Queen parking lot. The victim, 22, was life-flighted to Metro. No word on his condition at this time.

Initial investigation suggests the shooting was the result of a drug deal gone bad.
