Some residents on the Big Island of Hawaii were shaken by a magnitude 3.5 earthquake Thursday afternoon.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 1:25 p.m. about 6.4 miles north of Waikoloa.
The earthquakes depth was 6.8 miles. No tsunami was generated.
