Twenty-five million Americans suffer from Asthma. A new treatment called Bronchial Thermoplasty has been approved by the FDA to help with the problem. The non-drug procedure has been shown to improve Asthma-related quality of life and Asthma control. Shanon Makekau is a Pulmonologist from Kaiser Permanente here to tell us more.
