in one local neighborhood have residents on high alert, and they're working
together to help put an end to it.
residents say it's all about communication with each other and the police.

Warrington Monday afternoon. Neighbors say this isn't the first time thieves
have hit their area.

anonymous. "Even though there's block watch and I Citizen, you have to watch
out for each other."

and asking them to talk to each other to learn who should and shouldn't be
around. Toledo Police say that's one of the best things they can do.
