Search documents just released on Thursday indicated that police found more than $220,000 of gold and silver bars, jewelry, silver platters, cash, and stolen guns in Reid's home on N. Columbus Lane.More >>
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Firefighting crews are at the scene of a fully involved fire in South Tucson, near 29th and 9th.
According to South Tucson Police officials the building has been abandoned for several years, and was formerly known as Independent Market. South Tucson Fire officials are not sure if there was anyone inside the building at the time of the fire.
29th St. is blocked off from 8th to 12th, so South Tucson firefighters can tackle the fire, according to Tucson Police, and should remain closed for the next three hours.
South Tucson Police and Tucson Police are on scene to assist with firefighting crews.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
