National survey from FatWallet reports that of those who will buy a TV this year, 32% say they're most likely to buy new TVs during Super Bowl sales.
BELOIT, Wis., Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FatWallet.com, where savvy shoppers share coupons and earn cash back at over 1,500 stores, launched an infographic to display results from a national survey of 2014 TV Buyers (*TNS Global). Almost one third surveyed (30%) plan to buy a new TV this year and of those, 32% said during Super Bowl sales, while 25% said during Black Friday. The survey also revealed price will have the most influence over TV purchases with more than half saying they plan to spend less than $500, while one in four plan to spend more than $700.
