High Surf Advisory replaces warning for Kauai, Oahu and Maui

NORTH SHORE, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A High Surf Warning for the north and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu and Molokai, and the north shores of Maui has been canceled.

The National Weather Service says the current northwest swell continues to diminish and has replaced the warning with a High Surf Advisory.

The advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Tuesday.

  • Surf: for north facing Shores, 12 to 18 feet overnight. For West facing Shores, 8 to 12 feet overnight.
