HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

(HawaiiNewsNow) - Certified personal trainer Chris Miranda joined Steve in Studio B to talk about the upcoming Fitness Fair to show us how to stay fit and have fun! Certified personal trainers from Powerhouse Gym will record your weight, body-fat measurements and body-mass index. A certified dietician from Pali Momi Medical Center will also be on hand to make dietary recommendations for a healthier you.

 Fitness demonstrations will include mat pilates, Hula Burn, boxing, kickboxing, mixed-martial arts and suspension training, as well as a special keiki workout class.

The Fitness Fair will be Saturday, January 18th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the new Pali Momi Wellness Station.
