Kauai man stabbed, refuses to describe assailant

NAWILIWILI, KAUAI (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 47-year-old Kapa'a man was reportedly stabbed in Nawiliwili on Wednesday afternoon. He was treated at Wilcox Hospital for a puncture wound on his right arm and released yesterday morning.

The alleged attack occurred at "Pine Trees" behind Anchor Cove Shopping Center at approximately 3:30 p.m.

During an interview with police, the victim refused to identify his assailant or implicate any of the eyewitnesses.

No arrests have yet been made.

Police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
